Stretch Drying Suit using Aquafibre ®

A drying onesie using our revolutionary AQUAFIBRE ®. This is our own specialist type of microfibre, optimised for use with dogs. It is really lightweight and so absorbent we need only one layer instead of multiple layers of conventional towelling which becomes heavy when wet. The surface area created by Aquafibre® technology is massive compared to conventional towelling. It will not only hold much more water, it will also collect it much more quickly. Water can even be squeezed from it for continued use as it does not absorb water in the same way as towelling, which when sodden cannot be used further. Our drying onesie will dry your dog faster and more comprehensively. Its anti-bacterial properties eliminates wet dog smells, thus negating the need to wash after every use, and as it air dries quickly this coat is wonderful not only when at home, but also when away on holiday. Our AQUAFIBRE ® onesie will give great coverage for the whole dog – legs, body and extensive cover under your dog also. It is easy to fit as the fabric is stretchy. The stretchy material we have developed makes fitting the onesie very easy . There are no fastening straps – simply fit over your dog’s head and then fit in front legs followed by hind legs.

Do not confuse this outstandingly effective and practical drying coat with expensive towelling coats – we stopped using towelling years ago as Aquafibre® out-performs towelling in all respects.

Our Aquafibre® drying onesie was originally designed for use with gun dogs so needed to be not only fast and efficient, but also light enough to be carried (as unlike towelling it can be used more than once without being washed and dried) and it must also warm a dog straight from the river. A lot of drying coats need 2 or even 3 layers making them very heavy for the dog and also meaning that they take a long time to dry and, of course, once wet towelling cannot be used again before being washed.

Washing Instructions : Machine wash at 30C .

Air dry or hang over radiator. All our Aquafibre® products air dry exceptionally quickly. Tumble dry cool if desired. Do not use fabric softener.

Why is our AQUAFIBRE® better than conventional towelling?

We have been selling towels at Crufts since 1987 so why did we stop using towelling years ago and now use our own microfibre, called AQUAFIBRE®, for not only our towels, but also our microfibre dog drying coats and drying bags? The simple answer is that there is no comparison between microfibre and towelling and our microfibre (engineered specifically for animal use) will out-perform towelling in every respect. If you want the best and want it at cheaper prices than conventional towelling then our AQUAFIBRE® will not just meet your expectations, but will exceed them.

The fine fibres of AQUAFIBRE® do not absorb water like towelling – the water sits in the space created by the fibres and so our drying products are not only fast, but do not end up wet, soggy and cold. The surface area created by the small fibres is enormous and so all our AQUAFIBRE® products will:

1. Ensure a wet dog is dried exceptionally quickly and much faster than towelling and instead of leaving your dog cold in a wet towel, our AQUAFIBRE will use the dog’s own body heat to keep him warm and snug, making its use ideal whether your dog has just climbed from the river or the swimming pool.
2. Ensure a muddy dog is cleaned and dried just as quickly and with ease, because the carefully engineered fibres (shaped differently from towelling) will grab the mud and dirt and not just push it around. AQUAFIBRE® will hold considerably more water than towelling can absorb.
3. Be light and compact as we need only a single layer instead of multiple layers of towelling.
4. Not pick up a wet dog smell
5. Air dry very quickly (unlike wet towelling products)
6. Be economic in use and economic to buy

Coupled to an extraordinary performance this fabric is also remarkably easy to keep clean and odour-free. It is machine washable and can be tumble dried, but the good news is that AQUAFIBRE® air dries remarkably quickly, which is a huge advantage in caravans, motorhomes and the like when you are away from home. If you are a groomer you will not need to dry artificially and your towel will be ready for use again the following morning.

It can be used dry or damp (unlike towelling water can be squeezed from it to continue use) and so is ideal not only for freshly groomed dogs or those straight out of the hydrotherapy pool, but also those straight out of the muddy field or river.

Excess water can be squeezed from our AQUAFIBRE® towels and they will continue to dry your dog effectively. As they hold more water than a conventional towel to begin with you will certainly use fewer towels and so will wash fewer towels.
