We aim to despatch orders placed within 24 hours.
Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched the next working day.
All items are sent recorded delivery via Royal Mail, either first or seconds class depending on which option you choose. We use a Royal Mail signed for service, which means your delivery must be signed for and cannot be left without a signature. If you request we put a message on your parcel directing carrier to take a particular action, then this message is at your own risk and its discharge at the discretion of the carrier effecting delivery. In such circumstances and where the carrier fails to obtain a valid signature we cannot accept claims for non-delivery. If your order has not been received within 7 days contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can track the delivery for you. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for late delivery as once the product has left our warehouse we are in the hand of Royal Mail.
We are happy to ship items anywhere in the world. Please contact us via the contact form or by email at email@example.com with details of your order and we can let you have a postage price. We despatch items promptly, but cannot guarantee delivery dates as transit time will be in the hands of carriers.
